for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the kpk365 platform — whether through the website at kpk365.net or through the kpk365 mobile application — you are agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and kpk365.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using kpk365 immediately. Continued use of the platform after the date of any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the kpk365 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kpk365.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use kpk365 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kpk365 is an adult gaming platform and participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee of kpk365, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed account on kpk365 under any name or identity.
• You must be acting as an individual player for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a business, syndicate, or third party.

kpk365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age, their account may be suspended pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one kpk365 account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Your registered name must match your official identity documents exactly.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Pakistan number that you personally own and control.
• Your email address must be one you actively use and have access to.
• You must not share your account login details with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your kpk365 account.

kpk365 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected on your account. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a proof of address, or evidence of your payment method.

kpk365 may at its discretion merge duplicate accounts, close secondary accounts, or void winnings associated with accounts that violate the single-account rule. Players found operating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses more than once will have all associated accounts permanently closed.

04 Deposits

kpk365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposit amounts are credited to your account in PKR with no currency conversion involved.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times — usually within a few hours during business hours.
• kpk365 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

If a deposit does not appear in your kpk365 account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number. kpk365 will investigate and resolve credited deposit disputes as quickly as possible.

kpk365 reserves the right to limit, restrict or reverse deposits that are suspected to be fraudulent, linked to bonus abuse, or in breach of these terms.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from kpk365 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure that ensures funds are returned to their original source.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are completed significantly faster.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• kpk365 may request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or if KYC has not been previously completed.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to an account registered in your own name — matching your kpk365 registered identity.

kpk365 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or where account activity suggests potential fraud. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

kpk365 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page, in addition to the general bonus rules below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• kpk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Certain game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, fish games, slots and live casino tables may each have different contribution rates as stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on kpk365 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, or any other sport — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by kpk365, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• kpk365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or affected by circumstances that materially change the nature of the market.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes are set per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing your bet.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds may change rapidly during live events — any bet accepted at a specific price will be honoured at that price.
• kpk365 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All fish game, slot, and live casino results are determined by certified random number generation systems. kpk365 does not interfere with or manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, kpk365 will investigate and apply a fair resolution. Where a game cannot be completed, stakes may be returned to the player's account.

08 Fair Play & Fraud Prevention

kpk365 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or defraud kpk365 or other players will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Prohibited activities include: use of bots or automated software to place bets, chip dumping in multiplayer games, exploiting software bugs or errors, coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profit, and any form of match fixing or insider betting.
• kpk365 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Unusual patterns will trigger a review and may result in temporary account holds.
• If kpk365 determines that a player has engaged in fraudulent activity, all winnings from the relevant period may be voided, deposits may be returned (minus bonus amounts), and the account will be permanently closed.
• kpk365 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

kpk365 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, and comply with legal obligations.
• kpk365 does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting kpk365 support.

10 Responsible Gaming

kpk365 takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity played within personal means — not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

• Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert you when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion is available for any player who feels they need a break. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period or permanently.
• kpk365 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players showing concerning patterns.
• Never chase losses. If a session is not going well, taking a break is always the right decision.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

kpk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances under which this may occur include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at kpk365 staff.
• Self-exclusion request by the player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from fraudulent activity will be voided. Genuine deposit balances may be returned at kpk365's discretion after investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their kpk365 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any genuine remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

12 Limitation of Liability

kpk365 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• kpk365 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• kpk365 is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the player's side during live betting or gaming sessions.
• kpk365's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud by kpk365 itself.

kpk365 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and resolve technical issues promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

13 Changes to These Terms

kpk365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Where changes are material, kpk365 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered contact details. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
